Where is my order?
After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the package. Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days depending on location.
Where do you ship?
Maison Moya Bruxelles ships to the United States, Canada, Belgium, and France. Checkout shows the available currency, delivery method, and shipping options for your market before payment.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping is available from $100, or the local-market equivalent where available. Shipping options and any available upgrades are shown at checkout before payment.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging. Email contact@maison-moya.com and we will guide you through the process.
Do you provide a return label?
When your return request is approved, we provide return instructions and, where eligible, a return label. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Do you offer a warranty?
Maison Moya Bruxelles products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear from everyday use.
How do I install a pendant lamp?
Our pendant lamps are designed for standard ceiling installation. We recommend using a qualified electrician for wired fixtures so the installation is safe, clean, and compliant with your local requirements.
What type of bulb should I use?
Each product page lists the recommended bulb type and maximum wattage where applicable. For the warmest atmosphere, we usually recommend warm-white LED bulbs around 2700-3000 K.
Are your plants realistic?
Our botanical collection focuses on premium artificial plants with natural silhouettes and detailed foliage. They are designed to bring greenery into rooms where real plants are hard to maintain.
